Who it may help

When everyday regulation, movement or confidence is changing.

Restlessness or agitation

Practical sensory strategies may help families and carers respond when someone is unsettled, restless or finding it difficult to regulate.

Reduced activity

Support can focus on helping someone move more confidently and maintain everyday physical function.

Dementia support

Simple movement and sensory strategies can provide families and carers with practical ideas to try during everyday routines.

Falls and balance

Exercise Physiology can support strength, balance and confidence with movement.

Pain and mobility

Support can be tailored around current mobility, physical function and everyday goals.

Social isolation

Movement, routine and meaningful connection can all form part of a more supportive home-based approach.

Personal Exercise Physiology

More personalised support when a digital resource is not enough.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I can provide individual support focused on movement, strength, balance, mobility and everyday physical function.

Depending on your location and circumstances, support may be provided by telehealth or in-home.

The aim is practical support that fits the person, their home and the things that matter in everyday life.
